Arts Equity Onstage a 501(C)3 Non Profit Tax Exempt Theatre: Donors & Benefits
Does your group qualify for a benefit performance?
Over the last few years we have been asked by countless organizations to do benefit performances for their non profit group. As a result of of these queries, we have developed the following guidelines.
As we are a theatre that caters to the mature audience we do not do performances that serve children. We feel that these organizations are adequately represented. So if your organization "does it for the children" you would be better served by another entity. In actuality, the older citizenry is in fact under served.
We are one of the northwest's premier green theatre companies, so we welcome organizations that serve this common goal.
We embrace organizations like Animal Birth Control of Vancouver who work diligently to offer low cost spay and neutering.
We also support art scholarships be joining forces with The North Bank Artist Gallery to help send fine and performing artists on to university for professional training.

Individual and Corporate Sponsorship

Corporate Sponsorships - As a business sponsor you can help enrich Vancouver’s cultural community while doing a little promoting for yourself.
Below is a list of things that you can do to get involved.
Show Sponsor $5,000 - $10,000
• Your company name linked with one of our productions
• Your brand presented to approximately 2,500 customers
• 4-5 weeks visibility for your company
• 6 complimentary tickets to the productions Champagne Opening
• link on our website and thanked as show sponsor
• a section of the show’s newsletter dedicated to showcasing your company, which goes out to approximately 3,500 households
• logo on all materials related to individual production.
Educational Program Sponsor $1,000 - $5,000
• Sponsor tickets for local high school theatre students.
• $1,000 sponsors 100 seats/one night, $2,000 sponsors 200 seats/two nights
• Your company will receive a full acknowledgment in the shows program and a link with thank you on our website
Direct Mail Sponsor $500 - $1,000
• Logo on all materials: brochures, postcards, newsletters
• 12 month visibility for your company
• Direct mail will reach approximately 5,000 households
PROGRAM SPONSOR $600
• Logo in show program
• 4-5 weeks visibility
• Program will reach approximately 2,500 people

Metropolitan Area Playwrights
We want to thank The Metropolitan Area Playwrights for their generous donation and for becoming part of our "Patrons Circle" of sponsorship.
The Metropolitan Area Playwrights hold regular playreading the first Saturday of every month at 2pm where playwrights works are read in a development process.
The readings are free and open to the public.
Quarterly, the session is devoted to the work of one playwright for possible consideration for inclusion in our upcoming season.
